Physical Invoice Recipients
Your username is your account number, and your web pin is your password.
Please keep the following in mind:
Your web pin may vary in length, only use the first 8 characters for your password.
You can update your username and password in the Account Settings screen after your initial login.
It may take 4-6 weeks from your move-in date to receive your first bill.
Digital Invoice Recipients
A welcome email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address associated with your account.
This email will contain your web pin and a registration link.
